Vy 3 The first time I worked with this baby, I tried on a mid-low heat and added oil before heating and it got some yellow-black stains on the back. I'm not sure if this is considered as a defective though. And no matter what I do, I keep getting that yellow-black stains on the back which cannot be cleaned off using baking soda. Though the frying surface is quite OK with hard water stains which can be cleaned off using vinegar or baking soda (please note that I did manually dry the pan after each use).I'm somewhat disappointed when the manual said you should only cook it under mid-low heat while stainless steel pans are generally supposed to endure high heat. The manual also said you should not have this pan heated empty, yet it is generally recommended to have your pan heated before adding oil to prevent food stickings. Given their low confidence in the product, I doubt the quality of their stainless steel. And for final point, I bought the 28 cm one, it is quite heavy and I find that most of the weight is on the handle.
