We bought these teacups for my parents-in-law (Japanese). My mother-in-law likes them, because they don't look conspicuous, but rather subtle and sophisticated. Don't break easily. She adores the flower pattern that shows both outside and inside the cup. Also, she was happy because Arita-yaki (Arita ware) is a famous brand. It is a broad term for porcelain from Kyushu, from around Arita town.As for me, the cups don't look as bright as the photo shows, they are in a subdued tone.

色は写真通り。ケースもレビュー通りフタがただ乗っているだけなのでゴムで巻かないと使えません。ここまでは想定内。でもお箸の先の太さが全然違って重さも違うような…持っていて違和感しかない…。写真ではわかりにくいかもですが、実際はぱっと見で違和感を感じるほど太さが違います(笑)どうしてこうなった！お箸はマドラーとして使います(笑)
