Angele 5 This is my second winter with this foot warmer and it's great, I can't live without it! If it were to break tomorrow I would order a new one immediately with rush delivery! Before I bought this I viewed many different products on Amazon. Some of these products were very poorly built and would spark or burn through the material and endanger the user with exposed wires. This warmer is very well built, there are no exposed wires or burnt materials. Additionally it's very soft and comfortable. The inner cloth can be conveniently detached and washed.I saw some reviews that said this device didn't heat up much. This is not true! It is made of fabric so I think the heat escapes easily. To combat this I always cover it with a blanket. I also sleep with it this way and after a while it becomes so hot that I have to take my feet out. It also helps if you wear thick socks even if you don't cover it. The only real complaint I have is that the chord with the controller is too short so you always have to bend down to set it. The chord should be longer and the controller placed higher so that it can be set while the user is in an upright position. If it had this it would be perfect but even without it it's still a 5 star product!
