ノック 5 These power bands are really strong and tough. I've used resistance bands (i.e. tube bands and mini bands) very often at the gym and at home, but this is my first time with power bands. I'm a female, and the main reason I bought them was for assisted pull-ups on my half rack. However, I also help my mother-in-law with strength training with these bands. My 2 elementary kids and their friends also enjoy playing with the bands by doing a swinging version of assisted pull-ups on the half rack. Everyone is enjoying and making good use of these bands. The 4 bands have different strengths to suit various exercises. You can also combine the bands to increase the strength. For example, my mother did assisted chest dips on my half rack by using both the purple and green band together. The only drawback is they have a strong rubber smell, but I don't mind it. This smell seems to be going away slowly. The videos that are offered on Steady's Line account are good for beginners to watch, but there are also many YouTube videos available on using power bands. I would recommend buying these bands.
