ヴァン ヒュー 5 I was using a cheap whetstone from Daiso until I bought good knives.I tried to sharpen my new knifes on the cheap whetstone from Daiso, the result was not good.With this whetstone, now my knifes are very sharp, can cut a piece of paper with slow movements, I didn't try to cut thin slices of a standalone tomato. This is sharp enough for my usage (cooking 5 or 6 times a week) at least.
